Join us for a night of revolution and resistance as Vietnamese musicians Mai Khoi & the Dissidents and Egyptian rocker Ramy Essam perform their incendiary songs that speak truth to power.

Mai Khoi: Featured in the New York Times, BBC, and the Guardian, Khoi is a Vietnamese singer, songwriter and activist who has been compared to Pussy Riot and described as the ‘Lady Gaga of Vietnam.’ A powerhouse performer and a fiercely unapologetic advocate for free expression.

Ramy Essan: Featured in Rolling Stone, the New York Times, NPR, Essam exploded into international fame as the real voice of the Egyptian revolution in 2011, when his songs spread like wildfire among the demonstrators. Hailed as the ‘Bob Dylan of Egypt,’ Essan is a force of nature whose music is impassioned, explosive, and full of fight.
